Meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis on the last Tuesday of every odd month at the newly erected Moss & Fenwick Village Hall, Fenwick Common Lane,  Fenwick, Doncaster. DN6 0HG Meetings commence at 7.30 p.m. but a period of 15 minutes, prior to the commencement of the meeting is allocated for public participation, allowing residents to address any concerns not included on the agenda.
